CANCELLATION CONDITIONS 01.05.2024
Cancellation of the booking is only possible under the following conditions:

For cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of €15 will be charged (the deposit will be reduced by €15 and refunded).

For cancellations from 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained (40% of the total amount). A refund of the deposit is only possible if we can re-rent the flat for the same dates. Fro cancellation from 14 days prior to arrival is required also the rest of payment.
HOW TO REQUEST AN ANNULMENT
If you would like to make a cancellation request, please send an email to info@gardahill.it with your first and last name and the booking details of your flat and the relevant dates.
BOOKING/PAYMENT CONDITIONS
You can block the desired flat by paying 40% of the total amount as a deposit. The balance is due at least 14 days before the booking date or upon arrival at the hotel (please inform us by e-mail).
Dogs & Pets
In Gardahill dogs or other animols are NOT accepted.
How does the reservation work?
After you have selected your room and sent your booking request, you will receive 2 emails:
The first email is a confirmation request with a summary of your booking.
In the second email you will find the payment details by bank transfer once your request has been accepted.
